Other than the USHL and NAHL, no US junior leagues have been worked on so there are lots of missing teams, I guess. Also, some that should be inactivated.

Oliver Wahlström is duplicated. One with the name "Oliver Wahlström" and one with "Oliver Wahlstrom".

Jamie Lovell, Jake Laime, Blake Pickett, Rolf Ulvin and Tim Heneroty need manually retire.
