I was wondering if there is a way to edit saved game files in EHM. From what I understand there is a save game editor but it only work for EHM:2007 saves. Is there anyway I can change something like Free Agent status manually through notepad. I've done it before in other games but I can't seem to figure it out in EHM. Thanks

There's a tool called the EHM Assistant that lets you edit some things in a saved game

I think it's more for Attribute and CA/PA editing though...I don't think there's yet a way to move players to/from teams

Thanks @Nino33 but that's not what I'm looking for. I simply want to change a RFA to an UFA.The free agent status' for some players in the last roster update are wrong and I don't want to give up a bunch of first round picks to get this guy.

That's the only available saved game editor for EHM 1.....alas I don't think what you want to do can be done in a saved game
Are player stats editable with the Assistant? I've never used the Assistant to try to edit a saved game...
I suspect the next roster release that has updated player stats inputted will fix any current RFA/UFA issues...

Yes the editor works, you cant edit the players attributes and stats.

Have you looked at the stats of the player(s) you're talking about?
If they are missing any stats (i.e. their 2014-15 stats) maybe that's why they're RFAs instead of UFAs?
When the TBL Rosters 8.0 was released it was noted by Archi

I thought that may be the case but I never looked into it. I'm gonna add the stat line with a pre-game editor then get back to you on it.

HI
just 2 things to improve the editor:
- It will be a good thing: - to create a player and use it when we have already begun a carrier mode.
- to change the game rules (like playing without prolongation, no shutout,...)
