EHM The Blue Line

I was wondering how long it takes to gain second nationality at the EHM or is it even working yet? Is there some kind place where you can see it or would it just happened when time is right?

edit: I'm now playing now for a Korean team, and I don't have any clues about their national rules but when I look other team in the same league, they have 2nd nationality players which are not look at foreign players

I think it's different for each nation. You can see how many years for citizenship if you look at the league rules in a DB editor.
