Directors and fans hate me for winning?

Is there anything to curb this issue? I have my best season in the OHL and top of the standings (44-16-8) at 96 points, on my way to hopefully winning the J. Ross Cup. Just after learning I'd be in the playoff final round against my rivals, the board confidence update came in saying the finances are healthy, but the directors are a little disappointed and if things don't improve they'll have to start listening to the fans that want me out.
