Blank Database: Discussion, Questions and Uploads

I just created a roster database that was basically empty. The game starts off with 1000 players and generates another 41k players. The issue that I'm seeing right now is that none of the teams seem to be signing anyone. I just finished season 3 and the only players that teams are signing are a few draft picks. So I'm currently seeing rosters with 5 or 6 actual signed players. I'm not sure if it's because there isn't enough actual talent in the database that is causing the problem of no FAs or even RFAs being signed or what?
I used the TBL8.2 rosters and the EHM Updater to do this.

It could be the lack of talent. Try lowering the team and league reputations and see if that helps.

What qualifies as a first line player is based on reputation, nothing else, so NHL teams wont sign anyone if they arnt good enough for their league, even if they're the best player in the world

Hi, im looking for an database without any staff at all(if its possible). The only thing that needs to work is the "repopulation" of the hockey-world so it wont be as in ehm 2007 that there only is around 10000 players for all time.

I created one using the EHM DB Editor. It takes at least 10 seasons before there are any decent players to go around. At least it did with mine.
Wrong tool. I created one using the EHM2007 v2.0.6

I've published it to the Steam Workshop. It's called "1970-Blank Database".

It's nothing special. I wanted a blank database and since I couldn't fine one for EHM, I made one.
