How does a scout rank a player as "Franchise player" ?

So I'm playing my Sharks GM and I noticed that Pontus Aberg was given Franchise forward by all my scouts. However, one of my scouts says he's a 2nd liner. (Aberg is 30, how is he a franchise forward if he's not old?) Then I noticed his past stats and attributes aren't that good. I went in the EHM Assistant and could not find what made him so special...

Here's the attributes: http://i.imgur.com/FmDRH6t.jpg

My latest scouting report was from Robert Navin http://i.imgur.com/lBJQEuO.jpg

He ranks him as a 1st liner Franchise forward http://i.imgur.com/DRUrVTh.jpg

Oh well I just figured it while typing this post, the reputation has to be 8k. I'm not sure if it has to be international or current though.

Well he has a lot of green attributes which is very good. His numbers and game/season ratings don't back up the "franchise player" label, however. He looks like a very good player, perhaps he is not being used correctly with his current team?

I believe reputation factors into it. Also, if the scouts aren't 20/20, they might "misread" him. :dunno:
