EHM The Blue Line

So I've come across this problem a couple of times, when trying to trade a player in the off season. The team I'm trying to trade with would have no rejections to the trade other than "player X hasn't seen a lot of ice time lately". This on a player who has played the entire previous season and a few po games on top. Sure, he hasn't seen much ice time during the summer break, but then again no one has. This reason should be removed from the game entirely if GM's can't tell the difference between a player who's been benched or sent to the minors and a player who's simply spending his summer holiday away from the game.
