Hi! I am playing with new TBL rosters (version 9.0b) and I noticed that e.g. in Finland and Sweden there is not a period of time when buying players is not allowed. So you can get new players even in the middle of playoffs if you want to 
. Is this an error in rosters or is it intentional?
