Mats Sundin will be out 3-4 weeks with a ligament tear in his elbow. Sounds like he's lucky he didn't need surgery. That's going to be a real blow to the Leafs as he's been on fire this season now that he's finally had a steady set of linemates instead of the constant changes of last year. It's still one from the stupid or brave files though; as they say it happened earlier in the game and he played the whole game including winning the faceoff that lead to the game winner. :-o I gotta credit his desire to see the team win and toughness etc but I think that discretion is the better part of valor, as they say, and were I a Leafs fan I think I'd rather have had him not risk a season ending injury playing hurt.

Leafs just can't catch a break. I'm interested in what Cherry will say about him playing the rest of the game injured though. :-k

That's really too bad.

Him, Wellwood and Tucker were tearing it up from what I saw.

I think it will be most interesting to see what this does to Tucker's production which no matter how good I still just can't seem to "buy". :dunno:
