Need some help with Asian league

I am playing as china dragon they have a good first line but I am struggling to bring in players around them. Players dont seem like they want to sign with my team its very infuriating it would be great to here from some people that have played in this league before. thanks!

China Dragon are on of the worst teams in professional hockey. They once went around 3 seasons without winning a single game.. so it sounds pretty realistic!

My only suggestion would be to play with Full database, so that the game will create players for all the smallest teams and leagues as well.
