There is no Netherlands thread yet, so I'm going to post it here.
The BeNe Liga has an error, both winners of the semi-final are crowned champions of the BeNe Liga. There is no final between the two teams either. The mistake is somewhat explainable, usually Herentals (Belgium) and Heerenveen (Netherlands) reach the final and both of them win their respective national title. But not the BeNe Liga, which has a final between two teams.
