just got it on tvu player on channel livetv.ru one team is in yellow and other in green. Their logos are a yellow circle and one has a grey A. Either in 2nd or 3rd period just now. Pretty cool to see arguably the world 2nd best league live.

could have been that game pretty sure ufa was one of the teams. Unfortuatly the channel disappeared when I was writing that last comment and has not reappeared and the game will be over now. I was that bust trying to find out who was playing I didnt see much of the little time I got to see the game. I hope more appear in the future. The quality was pretty poor in terms of picture but just watchable. There always seems to be random stuff popping up on tvy these days.

Well I said arguaby I havn't seen enough of either to say definelty though I would still argue the Russian league being stronger though I would think there is a bigger bag between top and bottom teams in russia whereas switzerland is possibly a bit more balanced so it is difficult to compare.

I was just kidding, grazza, because Iam born in Switzerland and I always have to defend them, lol!!!
But its totally true what u just stated about both leagues!!
A very big factor that the Swiss League is so good is, of course, the Swiss Franc and during the lookout (this last one and also the other one.....around 94-95) there were lots of NHL stars who choosed to play there (Thornton, Briere, Nash only to name a few and Doug Gilmour, Chris Chelios and Valery Kamensky during the 94-95 lockout).
I would say that its one of the top leagues in Europe, but there are lots of good leagues around here
