EHM The Blue Line

Hi everybody.
I would like to make a league where only players aged 35 and more can play. In Transfer rules I set flags Underage on 35 and max Underaged players on 0, and minimal age for contract 35. It doesn't work and everybody can play in that league. Can you please help me ?
I would also like to ask how can I add more drafts for other leagues and how to set draft rules.

Try copying something like the WHL which has just two flags: Contract Min Age and Contract Min Age Cutoff Date.

I'm afraid it is not possible add more drafts to the game at present.

It still doesn't work. In game when I open League rules, there is Finances: no rules. I tried with underaged. In league rules is written that only players born in 1981 and later can't be dressed but nothing happens when the league starts. Everybody can play either. Do you have any other ideas ? BTW thank you for trying to help.
