EHM The Blue Line

Bit of a weird one, I've seen issues here with corrupted saves, unable to locate save files, etc.

My issue is that I can locate my save file on my computer, but EHM itself doesn't seem to find it when I try to load it up from the title screen. This is odd considering it has worked just fine for the past few months and my other save files appear.

This week when I went to open EHM, Steam started installing the program again, which was weird since I never removed it to begin with. Pretty bummed to not see the only save I was playing... it was with the Retro 98-99 db so thinking this has something to do with the game re-installing randomly and the retro db not being loaded or something.

Any help would be great!

Check that the file extension is still ".sav". When you create a new saved game, does it save to the same folder as your existing saved game?

Otherwise it sounds like your saved game could be corrupt. Try opening it in the EHM Editor to see whether it loads.

Yes to all the above. Just loaded it in the editor as well but still no dice in-game. Not meant to be!
