EHM The Blue Line

Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section. But I'm fairly new to posting here.

My question is this. How do you sign coaches long term? I have to admit I've recently struggled to even sign good coaches. They'll only accept one year deals, and then they refuse to renew the contracts mid-season.

Any tips?

PS: I'm playing with the Carolina Hurricanes.

I've never had such a problem. For me coaches rarely refuse an extension -- if ever. And usually they go for long term deals.
