EHM The Blue Line

something I always asking in my mind is why players never become scout or coach or GM after they retire ... and something amazing happen in my game tonight ... jason Spezza retire and become head coach ! first time I see a such thing in EHM (but I no play for long time so perhaps it's an update)

So something I want to know now is how can we set that in a db ?

Yeah it happens regularly. Like in mine, Jarome Iginla is a great scout.

Once in a while do a staff search with a max age of 45, and you'll see familiar names. Moreso as the years advance.
