Can someone tell me if player salary caps budget increases if you keep winning the league or improving your clubs finances in the Elite League?

Also how do you get into the Euro Cup like Sheffield Steelers are in on the new roster update? Thank you.

not in UK as far as i know...won with Fife championship with lowest budget and didnt rise at all! Was on the board!
