EHM The Blue Line

I want to set a challenge for myself and build a team focused on hurting the other team, aka causing as many injuries as possible. Is this possible at all or just a giant fantasy that I want to fufill.

Only way I could think is to set all your players to play Very Aggressive/Very Hard Hitting game and have players with high Dirtiness attribute, but I'm not sure if that's gonna get you nothing more than huge amount of penalties
Also it helps if other team's players are prone to injuries. That's another hidden attribute
