EHM The Blue Line

I got some issues here, both offline and in an online league.

At the start of the season the rosters are filled up with NHL regulars, AHL-players, unsigned prospects, try-out player... when going "On Vacation" to maybe a week before the start of the regular season, the EHM has made several roster changes himself. Young guys (i.e. Nolan Patrick from PHI) have been sent down to juniors and can not be recalled. Other players, who do have a 2-way-contract or are not liable to waivers, have been sent down to the AHL... even if they already have the skill to make it in the NHL.

Any idea? Settings in "Go on vacation" seem to be correct. GM settings, too. Could the Assistant GM be the problem here?

You always have the options in the vacation screen to put your assistant GM to minimum use. Though I don't know if you can stop him from sending back rookies in the junior.

I thought of firing the Assistant GMs, so that won't happen while "On Vacation". If they are responsible for that happening.

Sure it would/should still happen when a team has more than the allowed 23 players on the roster.
