EHM The Blue Line

Let's say the guy who started an online league retires from his "job", wants to be just an ordinary GM in the league or even quits completely as a GM...

Is it possible to change the Host of the league? Maybe not ingame, but with the help of an editor... a change in an config-file?

Eh.... if i'm not mistaken, all you have to do is simply reload the game on a difference PC and choose the team of the host. Unless im misunderstanding the issue!
