Winging sniper shooting 4% in the playoffs

I have a pretty stacked first line of alexander Holts, Jack Hughes, and a generated player Scott Blum. But in the playoffs for two year out of three hes been shooting under 9% total, so i was curious as to how to optimize his shooting percentage at all times. I dont know how to post images on here but ill try to figure it out.
