I'll be starting this with the Sheffield Steelers once i've won the EIHL play offs I will be looking to move on.

This is my starting squad

Good luck. I once attempted something along these lines, and I managed to snatch the following titles: Finnish Liiga Champ., KHL title, QMJHL Title, Calder Cup and Stanley Cup. There might have been an international title too, but I'm not dead sure as this was couple of years ago.
