Injuries suddenly only show up under "practice menu"

Nothing under the normal roster menu; the injured player simply disappears from the roster menu and is only visible under the practice menu. Any ideas how to fix this?

EHM 1. Most recent version with TBL roster pack.


EDIT. Must be a corrupted save because verifying the game files did nothing and not even a full uninstall helped. darn. This makes managing my lines much much more difficult because when an injury occurs, the game now automatically alters the lines to accomodate. And I want to set up my lines VERY carefully and not have the AI mess with them. So basically now my ~100 hour savegame is busted because this bug breaks the game for me.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Are you sure you didn't accidentally change your filter? Maybe you ticked the Available Only option, whereby only players available to play would be visible. (Top right corner of the roster screen)

No, nothing changed. I checked everything twice. I already tried replaying the game from different earlier savegames but the bug always presents itself upon or after the training camp. Bloody annoying simply because it messes up the lines. I guess I'll have to use the "save lines" option" to help, but I don't know if that works when one of the listed players isn't available.

Why it's such a big problem is because I have a very special mix of line setup, which was perfected through a year of testing. Stanley Cup victory with an average team is a testament to its efficiency so I really hope there is a way to fix this bug.

FWIW the issue has not resurfaced after I played the game again from a much older save, one before the first big database update in the spring. Seems it had to do with that update messing something up the time.
