EHM The Blue Line

For some reason, players like Seguin, Point and Hall are still available in free agency after august but why? Yes, they're interested in signing. Realistically they should be signed by someone in July. Anyone else facing this issue?

Been an issue for a while. Simply that the AI isn't able to cope with Cap space and there's always star players who are left without a job cause no one can sign them for 10+m/year. They'll sometime sign much later when they lower their demand.
