Three on Three Tactics...again

I guess i am just going to come on here and ask over and over..for i have searched the forum and haven't found anything:
IS THERE A WAY TO DETERMINE WHAT THREE ON THREE, OVERTIME TACTICS, ARE BEING UTILIZED?????
I am getting $#%@&^%#$$ing fed up with my guys dumping the puck in literally EVERY time they touch the puck in overtime (even though with EVERY line i have 'Dumping the Puck' set to 'Rarely'), only to have the other team skate right back...down...the @$#%^@@$^ing ice and score on their FIRST shot every...#@$$#%^^$%^ time i go to overtime. It's like clockwork: I win the face-off, my team dumps it in, the other team skates up the ice, first shot, SCORE. No matter from where...the point, the circle..anywhere. Regardless if i am playing two D or two forwards. I may as well pull my goalie at the beginning of OT and take my chances..Is this a glitch?? Unavoidable?? Or am i just stuck yelling "aw, c'MON!" at my monitor in my best Tom Hanks voice...
