Question about team finances

Have been thinking about this for a long time in the EHM game. If I am successful for a long time with my club in Swedish Hockey League and win and do well. Will my team's finances, team budget, salary cap and money to recruit players etc increase successively then? Färjestad BK is probably the club that is the richest right now in SHL, but it would be fun if you as a club could challenge them, not only on the ice, but also on the management side and financially.
