Players absent without permission

Hi All,
This may be a total noobie question, but I just got back to this game after
a long time and do not recall the "player absent without permission" incident from before.
Anyway what happened was I got a bunch of offers for tryouts before the season and
gave them all a shot; to make space I moved some players to my Youth squad... apparently, a big mistake,
as some 4-5 of them was reported as having stayed way from practice without reason. I gave them
all warnings for unprofessional behavior but they have been absent ever since
and now want to leave. I do recall having moved team players to the Youth squad before
without issues, so I am somewhat confused as to wht can be done about thiis; some of the players I really do want to keep.
