Does EHM1 have an editor in it?

I just joined the board. I am going to buy the game. I was wondering if EHM1 has an editor in the game? Such as ratings changes and making trades between teams that you don't control. I see there is an editor in the mod section for earlier versions, but not for the current game, 2015. I do own FHM6, but this game offers some different options and I like historical hockey and see there are a number of rosters. I was not sure how hard it was to create a roster. I do like 70's hockey and wondered how hard it would be to create a roster.
Does EHM1 have an editor in it?

There is no editor built-in to EHM1 (at least not yet). The admin of this very forum though has released a very good editor here:

I and other have used this editor time and time again with no real problems.
I've heard repeated things about the dev of EHM (Riz) working on a first-party editor for his next release, but I'm unsure on when that might be or what the status is on it.

Purchased the game! Now I will work on the editor. I did not see a game manual tab in the front of the game. I will have to look around for it. The learning curve begins!
