Need help to create a working Swedish league system.

Okay so i am totally worthless at editing in this but i'm willing to learn.
As the title says, i want to create a working swedish league system with relegations and promotion.
It should be like this:
SHL
1. Brynäs IF
2. Djurgårdens IF
3. Frölunda HC
4. Färjestad BK
5. HV71
6. IK Oskarshamn
7. Leksands IF
8. Linköping HC
