EHM The Blue Line

So windows 10 forced an update on me and now EHM is not working properly.

I can no longer change contract, signing bonus, contract length, ticket price amounts, shift lengths, attribute values in player search, as the control arrows for these have dissapeared. There is just empty boxes in their place.

This happens with all existing game files, previous game files and new game files.

I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I have tried using different .exe files to launch the game.


Anyone come across this before and knows of a fix? fairly urgent.,

I don't have Windows 10 but was this ever resolved? Anyone else have this issue?

I had to uninstall one of the security updates. A few days later windows forced the install again and the same problem occured so I had to uninstall the security update again and then put the updates on hold.
The game now works, all except the league news reports which for some reason have been reset to 2001 and will not advance along with the game. All other reports are fine but it does mean you get spammed with Trade Rumours.

I think I am lost?

*sigh* perhaps someday the OG will finally port away from visual studio 6. Ahhh, Win98 those were the days...
