How to add European competitions

Hi, I'm trying to modify a mod by the user Archibalduk called Expanded Unfaking Database 2006/07 v7.0.2 [WORK IN PROGRESS], and I'm looking for instructions on how to add European competitions.

I'm assuming by "European competitions" you mean a European domestic league such as a Swedish league. Continental leagues can be added but full-on continental tournaments such as the Champions Hockey League with European licences, etc cannot to my knowledge really be added beyond what is already in the modern database.
