Printing Attributes??

I've read that you can hit alt+PrScr to copy the page thats on your screen to the clipboard. Then you paste that into a paint program? I have a small freeware paint program in my comp, but nothing fancy. So what exactly are the steps needed to print out a page from my game? I wish to have a printout of all my players' attributes so that I can check their progress throughout a season.
Can I minimize the game in order to 'paste' a screenshot? Also when I hit alt+PrScr, nothing happens, not even a message, so i'm not sure if that feature is even working!
Any help greatly appreciated, I cant fathom having to write and keep track of all the attribute changes manually for an entire season!!
Thanks!

Thx for replying, but I've already seen that post. problem is after I hit PrScr or Alt+PrScr, I see no message and have to assume that it worked. Then I exit the game, open my paint program, but I have nothing to paste! The option to paste is under file(or edit), but it brings up nothing. Where am I taking the screenshot from in order to paste it? Assuming I have a screenshot somewhere. hitting the paste button does nothing because I have nothing selected to paste!
I'm missing a step or something!

Hit Alt+Prt scr to screenshot the currently active window, or just Prt scr to screenshot the entire screen(everything you see on your monitor). No message or anything is supposed to come up. From there, open a paint program(might even work in Word or Works) and press Ctrl+V. That should paste the screenshot. If it doesn't, try it again and make sure you really pressed the keys properly(and held alt while pressing Prt scr. If still not working... then I have no idea what to do. It's always worked for me on at least the first or second try.

Agreed, I've never had a problem doing it that way either.
make sure you open a new document in whatever graphic software you're using? Other than that, it's pretty straightforward and should work exactly as described.

And since you saw that post in the other thread, about print screens.... You thought a new thread was needed for this? not sure I follow the logic, but maybe I am slow (easy Catch Up)
Never had the problem either..at all. sorry I can't help more.

I found a freeware program called IrfanView. It is perfect for keeping up with player's attributes...

To batdad : I read a post a long time ago, but I just joined the forum yesterday. I searched around a bit and couldn't find anything related to what I wanted to know, so I posted the question.
Thanks to those that answered with info. I opened up and tried WordPad and that worked perfect!
I 've played the game awhile now,and having followed this forum for info whenever I've needed it, I am still in awe of how quickly and fully you people respond to others' inquiries and problems!
Your responses are much appreciated. Thank you.

No sweat Shogyn. So's ya know in the top right corner there is a magnifying glass icon. That will search the site for threads already available. Type in your keywords "print screen" in this case and the older threads will pop up. Is one thread about 5 posts down, and one about 30 posts down in the search.
The magnifying glass is hard to find for many new members, so no issue.

no worries Shogyn - we do our best to be as helpful as possible, but I'm sure you've seen forums that get overwhelmed by people asking the same question a million times (ie, the SI forums). We don't want that to be the case around here so you'll find that we are pretty strict about forum rules. But hey, if you can read and comprehend rules - you're all good!
And a big welcome to TBL by the way!
Cheers.
PS. where in Canada are you from?
