Trying to build a dynasty in EHM2005

Hi!

I'm trying to create a dynasty never-ending game in NHL:EHM2005. I think I can do this by myself, but again I'll lose some opportunities that can get kick me and my team (Pittsbourgh it is) a bit higher. So I'll appreciate any help you guys can give me, taking your experience or someone another's.

The things I'll need help in are those:
1) Training. Most difficult part for me, never succeded in it - but it's very important for long-headed game to be able to develop players; and I especially intend to build my squad with my own players. How to organize the training properly?
2) Trades. The fact is that I never succeded in trades, I can't determine the price for players and how to make AI sell one particular player I need badly.
3) Tactics - well, this part is much better, 'cause I got some templates like 'red light' and such. Most of them are for physically monstrous teams and I don't like such. Do you know one for technical-based team?
4) Finances. Every game I play I play with my salary cap hugely overloaded, wich a bit annoying :-# .

Thanks in advance.

Alex.

This are the most common problems all EHM players face when they start a new game.

Financial: Trade old players (with high salaries) for younger players or have them wiaver drafted...

I don't have too much experience neither with 2005. I'll have to restart playing it as soon as I finish the site ;).

I'm awaiting the 'New NHL' version of EHM that is going to be released soon as I think that the cap and the player movement and the looming free agency changes are really going to change the NHL gameplay experience. It's going to be a challenge I think, long-term. It'll be wierd playing the same game under such different rules.

That all being a way to say all bets are off as far as giving suggestions/tips I think...
