Image Gallery working once again!

The ability to upload images to the Image Gallery has been fully restored 
Thanks to Shadd for pointing out that the Image Gallery was not working properly. Basically, when I made the site more secure, I prevented users from being able to upload images. So when you tried to upload an image, it would add the details to the site but it wouldn't actually upload the image file (this would cause an error on the main TBL Home Page).
In the chaos of trying to make the whole site secure, I forgot to solve this problem and so that's why it arose
Thanks to being reminded by Shadd, I have now fixed the problem and so it is once again possible to upload images without any problems or errors (and also it is more secure 
).
