Help with B.Stinson's custom rink elements

Hi Gang,
I'm having some problems with the custom rink elements download noted in the title. It works fine in the game itself, but upon startup I get a series of errors that are similar to this one:
"Image_Base::add_images() - could not load image ehm_default\ingame\rink\ice_top_left.png"
Any help would be appreciated!
