The latest edition of Scott Cullen's NHL Mail Bag is up and it has some really great stuff in it, lots about potential offseason moves, a very interesting list of high scorers in Major Juniors that never amounted to anything (good for perspective for those of us

over EHM prospects not scoring after lighting up lower levels

) etc.
Check it out!

I love Cullen's stuff. He's my 3rd favourite TSN personality - behind Jay Onrait and Bobby Mac.
Another interesting point RE: prospects is Russia's refusal to sign the NEW IIHF transfer agreement. That could mean more Malkin-esque sagas for propects like Cherepanov when they attempt to come over to North America.
Good find Minty.

And hey, don't be a stranger!

Yeah. In a quintessentially Russian move, they make sure that they can keep feeling robbed and aggrieved in the future too.

Thats funny.. i know a guy on the list.. Mathieu Benoit was going to school with me.. he had the size the skills.. but no agressivness at all. He still has the record with 11 points in 1 game ( 7 goals 4 assists ) with the Halifax Moose Head.
He refused the first contract Lou Lamorielo offered him.. went back in the drafted.. undrafted.. greedy agent can kill a career.. even if he wouldnt make it.
By the way.. he is in the game.. he is playing in the LNAH in the real life.
