how get my own picture in the game??

Simply add your desired picture to the folder for player pictures, and give it a proper name/DOB of a player in the game, and it will come up for that player.

For example, if you've got a John Doe(born 28th July, 1288) in your game, and you want to assign your picture to him, add your picture and name it John_Doe_28_7_1288

I haven't added player pics. in a while, but I'm pretty sure that's how it goes. (I apologize if I'm wrong )

B.Stinson is right - except, add the picture to "...pictures/non-players" instead of "...pictures/players"

If you mean you want a Manager Pic, i fear it's not possible.
A picture shows only for a Player or Manager in his Profile. But Human Managers don't have a Profile, also you can't select a Birthdate at the Start of the Game.
If you want your Pic for Player or Staff that's already in the Game then it will work as mentioned above.
for players:...pictures/players
for staff:...pictures/non-players

I think i've heard it's possible to have yourslef a birthdate as a manager with the editor. However, i never used such tools, so i don't know if it's true or not. Is anyone can confirm or deny this?

Just tried it - you are right.

I was sure it was possible to see it on the Front Office (General Manager Focus). I found "my" birthdate with the savegame editor - it had been set to 01-01-1974, but no picture will show.
