EHM The Blue Line

I'd like to find/start an online 07 league with fantasy players(and computer controlled fantasy draft) with budgets altered and reputations evened to make the game totally balanced and see what happens. Sadly I don't have the ability to host, but, would like to know if this interests anybody out there. I've seen them do it with ootp where they made there own names database, looked interesting.
