EHM The Blue Line

This question sort of applies to both Game Knowledge and Editor/Add-Ons. I've created a trio of players in the editor and plan to track them from major junior to the NHL. I created them as the rare type of players. I made a forward, d-man, and goalie. All should be NHL stars in a few years. After creating them and making sure they want to play major junior, I started a new CHL career and just plan on following their careers for a few season. But for whatever reason, they are all 17 years old and have been drafted by CHL teams, but yet they remain in the lower minor junior leagues. They have contracts with the teams that will keep them at the lower level for at least another year. Is there anyway they can be released from these teams and go up to the Major Junior Level. I'd hate to see them all lose another year or two of junior time in the low leagues.
