Is there a limit to the number of personnel you can have? I tried to hire a new assistant coach, but it said I had to delay due to lack of a spot.

I think you're allowed to have a head coach, five assistant coaches, three physios, fifteen scouts (one of which is your head scout) and an assistant gm. I might be wrong about the exact numbers here (at least for the scouts), but there is indeen a limit to the amount of personnel you can have.

PS why are you a rat?

Yes, it's job-dependent. When you try to sign an assistant coach (for example) and your personnel limit is full on that sector you can fire one of your old coaches with the "terminate contract"-option (which you can find in his personal profile) and he'll leave your team right away, so you'll be able to sign the new guy at once.

And on the rat-thing: a friend of mine was once cleaning up a warehouse, which was supposed to become a flea market at some point, and they had to call an exterminator because of all the mice and other little pests that were running around the place. Some time passed and a goofy looking guy appeared at the door, picking his nose. When he was asked who he was, he just said "i am the ratman!" ("ratman" is "rottamies" in finnish).

So it's just a dumb old joke of sorts...
