changing team logos

Hello all.
I was just wondering how to change the logos for the teams in EHM 2007. I have tried and when I play the game it looks like there is a small greyed out version of the logo I have put in but the actual logo is not there. Is there a trick to this or have I done something completely wrong. Just wondering.

What have you tried?
The folder you want is ...data/pictures/logos/clubs. Then you've got different sizes of every logo in the game. I think "huge" is for team selection when you're adding a GM, "large" is the logo in the top right hand corner of the team roster screen etc. All you need to do is save a PNG file using the name of the team for the logo you want to give them, for each of the four sizes. Good idea to make it close to the same size as the other pictures in that folder so it fits into the ingame borders.

Proper logo sizing:
Huge = 120 px high
Large = 70 px high
Medium = 45 px high
small = 50 px x 19 px

OK I tried that and it still didn't seem to work. I can see the logos but they are watermarked and look squished when they show up (like when there is a game in play, the logo beside the team name is light grey and squished length-wise). So obviously the logo is in there but it is not showing up properly. Anyone have this happen to them? If so, could anyone tell me how to rectify the problem. Thanks all.
