How often do you reload your game?

I mean, do you reload the game if something goes wrong to your team? How would you rate your frequency of reloads?

I don't reload because something goes wrong.
Where's the excitement in that?

Yeah, i'm with Tasku. Saving oftenly means you have that 'get-out clause' if something goes wrong, which isnt realistic at all. There is a downside to it though, if the game does crash, as i don't save in a long time, i have to replay for a long time, but my game rarely crashes.
I don't reload for any reason unless i'm starting my game up again. Simple as that.

Only if it crashes.

Since I'm quite a noob to the game, I usually save before draft or if I waiver someone, cause I don't yet know how the players will work.

I save often, but only because I've had some bad experiences with crashing.
It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, it's very annoying.

Thanks for answers.
My save/load operations take about 1 minute, so it's boring. I have autosave set to "every two weeks". Autoload disabled

Same here. Save often just in case there is a problem with crashing. Most of the time I play while I'm at my office and we have frequent power problems in the area (usually it's squirrels getting zapped on the power line and causing brown-outs), so I like to make sure I save my progress.
It's also a good idea to keep multiple saves if you're doing the challenge. Keep a save going back to the last 20 game segment that was reported. That way if your save becomes corrupt, you don't have to restart the challenge or if you're further along, you don't have to sit out the rest of the challenge. Play on one save and keep a backup to the last reporting segment.

I save as often as possible, since I have numerous random power problems with my laptop. There's nothing worse than having to go back before the draft...or free agency...or worse, before offering contracts to some 20-odd potential free agents. PITA.

I have it on autosave every three months. Never reload it. Just load and save. That's all you need.

I'm gonna be honest. When i start playing EHM i reload often because it frustrated me when i lose, certainly because of my lack of experience

lol Now i don't do it. I know everything i've got to know and now i have fun all the time, even in defeat lol It can show were you're weakness are, so it keep place for improvement!
Sometime when my team goes too well i wish to lose one or two in a row to have not a season like 70 wins because it's boring, i love to have competition for the first rank, like 2 or 4 points ahead not 20 like one of the season i've played with the flyers. Now with the Thrashers i finish quite often in the first place but the Capitals are never far behind with 5-6 pts. Every game against them it sooooo important

If it's too easy for you Philou, you could lower the salary cap to 40 mil!
Then you gonna have much competition not only with the Capitals!!

Nahh i'm not the kind to go modify some things in the game. I want it the same as the NHL in 06. So the only thing i should do it's to start a new game with a weak team. It's been a while since i play ( maybe 1 month ) I'm in a little break right now. I know maybe in 2-3 weeks i will certainly be addict again lol But i'm gonna start with a new club.
Oh and that's my 50 post!!!!!

Philou, why not a self imposed cap of 40 mill while the other teams get to spend to the cap. Sometimes if a game has gotten too easy I'll do self imposed caps or I'll resign and start with a new team.

Yeah, after a while if I've been winning too much, I'll take a job with the team that finished last in the previous season.
