Have downloaded staff pics into nonplayer folder with no success.
Player pics generally work in the player folder.
I'm doing something wrong, suggestions? Thanks.

Are you using Lidas update?

Yes.
Upgraded to LidasDB1.3.
Downloaded both Lidas staff packs 1 & 2, plus staffcardsbyD88.

Birth years are 2 years too old, so have to adjust down with pre-game editor.
Ouch. But fixable, which is great.

You really don't want to do that. It's going to mess up the database. The Lidas DB is intended to have everyone 2 years older than they really are. It's part of the aging process. We can't change the start date of the game, so we have to make everyone older.

If you want your staff pics to work, I would suggest finding the ones where the pics have been renamed to match the older dates. I'm pretty sure the staff were done like that point. You may just have to search around a little.
