So, we've come to the vote for the highest German league.

DEL has 14 spots in the game, but 15 teams IRL.

I'll include the lowest placed teams from the 2008-2009 season.

1 Eisbaren Berlin 105p
2 Hannover Scorpions 101p
3 DEG Metro Stars 88p
4 Adler Mannheim 85p
5 Sinupret Ice Tigers 85p
6 Krefeld Pinguine 84p
7 Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg 83p
8 Hamburg Freezers 82p
9 Frankfurt Lions 80p
10 Augsburg Panthers 80p
11 Iserlohn Roosters 71p
--------------------------------------------------
12 ERC Ingolstadt 68p
13 Straubing Tigers 68p
14 Kassel Huskies 65p
15 Kolner Haie 63p
16 Fuchse Duisburg 40p

(Fusche Duisburg are already relegated due to financial reasons)

Please do not relegate anything else than Kassel o.O

It´s not because i´m Cologne Fan. But it´s just that Kassel and Wolfsburg are not very long in the DEL and Kassel is something like a farm team for a lot of the other DEL teams.

So put Kassel in the 2. Bundesliga and make them affiliate of the 2 teams and it would be a little bit mor realistic.

Straubing is a very competitive team even though they have a small budget.

Ingolstadt and Cologne are usually top 6 teams in Germany. They had bad years. Cologne never recovered from the tragic loss of goalie Robert Müller and Ingolstadt had the worst injury problems i´ve ever seen in the DEL.

Kassel has a roster that is NOT competitive enough to stand tall next year.

So keep not just the standings in mind, but also my explanations.

As you are one of those who have the most knowledge of DEL, I'll vote for Kassel. Thanks to your good explanation, I'll relegate them unless another team loses with a big margin.
