Market Size/Training/Club Rep/Fan Support; What do they do?

Can you guys help me out as to what these things do?

Market Size
What does it affect, what does +/- 1 point in market size change in the game?
Training
I have an idea as to what it does but a more formal definition would be nice. Again, what would a +/- 1 point in training change in the game?
Club Reputation
This one I also have an idea as to what it does but a full explanation would be nice as well. What would a +/- 1 point in training change in the game?
Fan Support
I am guessing this has to do with attendance elasticity, but a full explanation would be great. What would a +/- 1 point fan support change in the game?

The more the better. ;)

Honestly, the way you ask.. what +/- 1 point would change.. you won't get many answers. I know only what those values effect in general, but reading yours questions.. it doesn't make sense to answer because nobody knows the exact numbers that you want to know, unless somebody trying to decode the game.

Oh well that sucks. I was just gonna pull out the 'Yotes and replace 'em with the Jets but I'd never gone in and looked too closely at the values in the Club section of the editor, and I wondered how it all worked. I suppose if no one knows what a +/- one point is just explaining what they do in general would be nice, or point me to a thread where it's done (well not fan support I've read a few threads on that).

I just wonder what the logic is behind like NYR get a 20 for training while a place like New Jersey (with a brand new arena) gets 19, or the logic behind market sizes (NYR gets a 20 and LA is pretty tiny; what's it do >>?)

Thanks haha.

Most of those are pretty self-explanatory...

Fan Support: How well the team is supported by it's fans. Detroit = Great support, Phoenix = no support.

Training: The quality of the teams training facilities, like a practice arena and gyms, etc.

Club Reputation: How well known the club is. Not sure of the scale, though... whether it's league-wide, national, or international.

Market Size: I'm guessing is the potential a city has for fan support. New York would be high because it's, well, because it's New York the cultural capital of the world. Whereas Los Angeles would be low because it's a filthy, gang-ruled, pothole of a city, who are far from being "kings" in hockey.

That's my take on those categories.

Regarding fan support, is the number between 1 and 20? The Canucks have 18 in the Man/Lidas 3.0 db but even after winning the cup are over 1000 below capacity and rarely have a sellout. Also, the average attendance in the pre-game ed shows slightly over capacity, around 18,800 compared to capacity which is 18660 but in all the years of playing I've never once seen an over capacity crowd, even in a playoff game. :dunno:
