I always hate that message, becuase it means I loose a lot of money. My first yeear in the ohl I haad to pay 4.5 million, but in my second in third years I've had to pay 11.5 million dollars. Has anyone had the same or more? Is it becuase you earn more money in the season so they decide to take it away. Or do they not want you to have a massive bank balance. I was -20,000 dollars in Years 2 and 3. Can i not earn anymore money. This doesnt seem very fair.

It comes when your team makes money. If you do not get this note, it means you are in financial trouble. Trust me...it is a good thing.

I know its a good thing, but they took all of my income over the year that really sucked.

That income does you no good anyway...the budget does not change because of it. It is just a good sign for your team. You could not use it to develop or change your team no matter what. It is like in real life if the team did not make money and the owners did not get a piece of it (shareholders) they would eventually:

1. fire you
2. Sell the team.
