EHM The Blue Line

Hi,

I did a search and couldn't find anything so hopefully no one's asked this before.

In one of my current games I took over my fav team and their farm team and also created a GM who started unemployed and worked his way up. Six years later, he's made the NHL and has his/my hands full. My questions is with the draft is coming up and as I'm controlling two GMs in the same league, how does this impact the draft? Will the game simply move from one GM to the next according to which pick is due?
