EHM The Blue Line

So i have the newest roster (vik.rst, august 2010) and i converted it to txt to look at potential ratings. But then i see Bogosian and Stamkos at 60 potential and a bunch of scrubs I've never heard of at 70. Can someone explain this please.

BTW i know 100% that i am looking at the right number in the txt file

If you mean freeware version of EHM (EHM 2004), then the best place to ask should beon fhockey.com forum.
