Save game attributes

Hey, I'm in the process of making a scouting utility for EHM, one like Genie Scout in the Football Manager series. I've noticed that some of the player attributes in the save game are on a peculiar scale, e.g. 20-50. What I'm wondering is does anyone have any knowledge on how this system works? I've already figured out how to convert attributes over 200 to the normal attribute range.

Yeah, but if you had looked into it, it still has the attributes in the save game ranges, and is therefore rather useless for searching via attributes.

And of course, with the data I have, I could create a pre-game editor as well. I'd rather make a scouting tool, though, but these attributes are puzzling me.
