EHM The Blue Line

I know the Swedish, Russian and Czech leagues do, but what other ones do? Specifically I want to know about Germany (I think they don't but?), Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia.

It's a bit dated, but it should be a good start.

All three finnish leagues have promotion/relegation.

I know Norway does because I've played in that league, and have been relegated (and promptly fired as the lower league is not playable).
